Description
Skip the sleep lab. Discover how well you’re really sleeping, all from the comfort of your own bed.
The At-Home Sleep Test is a disposable, single-night wearable that measures seven key physiological signals linked to Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Using simple chest, wrist, and finger sensors, the test monitors your oxygen levels, heart rate, body position, snoring, actigraphy, peripheral arterial tone, and chest motion while you sleep.
After your test, you’ll receive a detailed sleep report and a follow-up call from one of our Sleep Therapy Advocates. If OSA is detected, our care team will guide you through your next steps and connect you with a dedicated sleep coach to help you get started.
Getting started is easy:
- Complete a short health assessment
- Receive your test in the mail, no waiting rooms or lab visits.
- Take the test for just one night, then discard it. It’s that simple

How the home sleep test works
STEP ONE
Download the app
Download the WatchPAT ONE app to your smartphone. The app walks you through setup step by step and lets you know when you're ready to begin.
STEP TWO
Put on your WatchPAT ONE
Before bed, follow the app instructions to put on the wrist device, finger sensor and chest sensor. No complicated setup. No sleep-lab equipment surrounding you.
STEP THREE
Sleep in your own bed
Go to sleep as you normally would. While you rest, WatchPAT ONE collects information about your sleep, breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, snoring, body position and other relevant signals.
STEP FOUR
Wake up. You're done
When you wake up, complete the test in the app. Your sleep data is securely transmitted for interpretation, and because WatchPAT ONE is disposable, there's normally nothing to return.
STEP FIVE
A physician interprets your study
A physician licensed in your province reviews your sleep study and determines the clinical findings and recommendations.
STEP SIX
Talk through your results
When your report is ready, we'll send you a link to book a virtual or telephone consultation with a Revma Sleep Coach. We'll walk you through the physician's findings in plain language and help you understand what happens next.
